These modules are designed for maximum flexibility—whether delivered in-person or virtually. The Everything DiSC® Worksmart curriculum can be facilitated by internal trainers or Focused Cloud® consultants, making it easy to integrate into any learning environment.
Ongoing Access and Deeper Insights
After the live session, managers retain access to the Worksmart modules, allowing them to revisit content and create additional action plans as needed.
Through the Catalyst™ platform, they can also explore personalized insights about their direct reports—gaining practical strategies to build influence, manage conflict, and collaborate more effectively across styles.
Is Everything DiSC® Certification Required?
Certification is not required to deliver the Worksmart training modules. However, facilitators and HR professionals who are new to the Everything DiSC® model may benefit from becoming certified to build confidence and deepen their expertise.
The Everything DiSC® Certification course is delivered virtually over two weeks and includes interactive sessions with other learning professionals. Participants explore the foundations of DiSC theory and learn how to lead impactful workshops, including how to utilize tools like Worksmart effectively.
Worksmart Pricing
Worksmart is a five-module training package. Once assigned, learners receive full access to all five courses—each designed to build essential management skills in under an hour.
This package requires 20 EPIC credits per learner and includes access to the Everything DiSC® Workplace on Catalyst™ assessment and platform. The table below outlines pricing per learner in USD.

Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Assessment
Managers begin by completing the Everything DiSC® Workplace on Catalyst™ assessment—a quick, 20–25-minute experience that generates a personalized behavioral profile.
Once completed, they gain access to their Catalyst™ account, where they can explore their unique DiSC style, listen to a style-specific podcast, and view comparison reports with colleagues to deepen their team’s understanding.
Managers who have already completed the Workplace on Catalyst™ assessment can jump straight to the next step in the Worksmart learning journey.

Assign the Worksmart Training Modules
Once learners are assigned the Worksmart Manager Modules, they gain immediate access to all five modules. Each module is designed to build essential management skills through personalized, practical content—ready for exploration at your own pace.

The Worksmart modules are designed to be delivered by a skilled facilitator, trainer, or HR professional—either in-person or virtually. Scripted facilitation guides are included in the Catalyst™ Facilitation Kit, making it easy to lead engaging and practical sessions.
Certified Everything DiSC® facilitators are also available to support your team and ensure a seamless learning experience.
During each live session, managers explore personalized insights aligned with the selected module, participate in small-group discussions, and develop an actionable plan they can immediately apply with their teams.
Worksmart Modules Overview
The Everything DiSC® Worksmart modules combine the efficiency of short-form training with the power of personalized learning, utilizing the DiSC® model. This unique approach helps managers quickly grasp and apply key concepts that address today’s most pressing leadership challenges.
Each module is grounded in research on the real-world issues managers face—such as communication breakdowns,
lack of alignment, and difficulty giving feedback.
Designed for live facilitation by a certified practitioner, trainer, or HR professional, each session runs approximately one hour. Managers actively engage in discussion, explore personalized insights, and leave with a practical action plan they can immediately apply with their teams.

Giving Constructive Feedback
Participants explore the challenges of giving feedback with personalized insights based on their DiSC® style. Managers learn the four key elements that make feedback strong, actionable, and encouraging, as well as how to flex each of the elements based on their teammates’ styles.
Managing Conflict
Managers explore their behavioral instincts when they’re faced with conflict and examine how others have different instincts based on their unique DiSC® styles. Through discussion and reflection, managers will develop a customized action plan to help them effectively manage conflict with a team member.
Empowering Your Team
Managers learn how to ensure each of their team members feels confident and effective when they take the lead. They will explore their go-to empowerment approach based on their DiSC® style and understand how to adjust their approach to the needs of other styles. Managers create a custom empowerment plan for each of their team members using Catalyst™.
Helping Your Team Navigate Change
Managers gain a deeper understanding of change and how to help their team navigate through it. Participants gain exposure to how different DiSC® styles respond to change and their varying needs as they adjust to change.
Motivating Your Team
Managers explore what motivates and demotivates themselves and their team members, based on their DiSC® style. They also create action plans for fostering a motivating environment where people feel inspired and excited about their work.
